Technical Recruiter

Taboola is looking for a contract Technical Recruiter (3 - 6 months) to help the recruiting team continue to hire top notch talent for our tech and product organizations. Our ideal candidate will display a deep passion for building a strong and skilled team and take true ownership over candidate experience. In this role you will provide excellent internal client service by assuming responsibility for the full lifecycle of recruitment: req approvals, recruitment process, recruitment strategy, sourcing and screening candidates, and guiding candidates through the entire interview process to get them over the finish line.

The ideal candidate is extremely positive by nature, can maintain a high-touch with candidates and hiring teams to move the process along quickly, and have a high rate of “offer accepts” in their past experiences. Experience managing an international recruitment process is highly desired. **Skills and Experience:** * Minimum of 2 years experience recruiting passive candidates within an agency or in-house recruiting function * Previous experience recruiting Software Engineers a MUST! * Experience doing both high volume and low volume/research sourcing * Consistent track record of converting outreach into high caliber hires * Experience using social media for sourcing/recruiting, building relationships and help contribute to an overall recruitment strategy/brand * High attention to detail and extremely organized * Willingness to learn, share ideas and desire to grow a career in the recruiting field * Highly independent and entrepreneurial by nature * Bachelor's Degree is strongly desired **Bonus Points!** * Greenhouse experience * Experience with low-cost recruitment – read, no agency dependence! * Experience independently owning and tracking own sourcing metrics. * Startup Experience
