Summary
Taboola is currently seeking a rock star Marketing Communications Intern to help with public relations and social media.
Responsibilities
* Support Marketing Communications Manager with media monitoring and press archiving * Assist with organization of press clippings, reports, and campaign/weekly recaps * Support media relations efforts including building, researching, and organizing new media contacts and lists * Help draft media background documents prior to briefings and interviews * Draft social media text for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube * Monitor social channels and moderate customer support issues when needed * Contribute to pitch ideas and development of press materials * Help research and draft speaker submission opportunities * Research business and marketing trends for use in press releases, presentations, and infographics * Perform other duties as needed
Ideal Candidate
* Must have a minimum of 3 full days per week available * College student majoring in marketing, advertising, public relations or communications desired * Familiarity with all aspects of social media and have a basic understanding of B2B public relations * Strong interest in public relations * Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task * Strong writing, proofreading, and communication skills * Strong work ethic and positive attitude * Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Photoshop, and Mac * Highly organized with a “can-do” attitude * Excellent critical thinking and researching skills
