Responsibilities
Be the technical solutions expert for our customers, troubleshooting product and service issues like a pro. Multi-taskers wanted: this job requires a serious think-on-your-feet mentality, as you resolve customer concerns with one-call resolution, creating exceptional experiences for each and every person you interact with. Here are the details: • You get troubleshooting calls about network and device issues. These could come directly from customers, other T-Mobile departments, or third party partners • You clarify their concerns, pinpointing the cause of the problem • It’s up to you to select and explain the best solution: and then you deliver results, on the spot • You also work hand-in-hand with our Engineering team to file trouble tickets and get issues resolved
