Be the technical solutions expert for our customers, troubleshooting product and service issues like a pro. Multi-taskers wanted: this job requires a serious think-on-your-feet mentality, as you resolve customer concerns with one-call resolution, creating exceptional experiences for each and every person you interact with.

* You get troubleshooting calls about network and device issues. These could come directly from customers, other T-Mobile departments, or third party partners * You clarify their concerns, pinpointing the cause of the problem * It’s up to you to select and explain the best solution: and then you deliver results, on the spot * You also work hand-in-hand with our Engineering team to file trouble tickets and get issues resolved

* Techies welcome: step into this role and you’ll become a subject matter expert on all T-Mobile network, device, and tech features * Your previous customer service experience will come in handy in this role * Prior technical care experience? Great! We’re also looking for people with a background in a high volume call center environment * Got expertise with Windows, iOS and Android operating systems? Let’s talk! * At least 18 years of age. * Legally authorized to work in the United States. * High School Diploma or GED. * Pre-employment background screen.
