It's time for us to have a louder voice in the world. To help do so, we need a Web Developer to join our Studio team. Focused on SYPartners’ brand, marketing, and internal learning and development efforts, our Studio is the the creative heart and soul of the company, packaged in a small and scrappy team. With strategy, design, and technology acumen (and an impulse to stay nimble), the Studio is the force that makes SYPartners look, sound, and show up in the world in a powerful, human, smart way. The Studio designs meaningful experiences in a variety of media. Designing custom digital tools is in our DNA: It's the way we approach learning and development internally, and how we engage the outside world. Many of the tools we build internally later show up in our client work.

* Collaborating with strategists, writers, and designers on the constant evolution of our company website * Working alongside leadership teams to create knowledge management tools and evolve our current web applications * Developing marketing sites and apps that engage our clients * Ideating and prototyping, both collaboratively and autonomously * Participating actively in a community of designers, technologists, writers, strategists, and producers united in creating a positive and meaningful impact in the world

* 3+ years experience * Deep knowledge of Wordpress, PHP, HTML, CSS, mysql, Javascript, AWS (Bonus points for ruby, json, and bash) * Basic Photoshop and Adobe Suite skills * Experience with a wide range of modern development tools and techniques * Strong understanding of current technologies and standards, and how the digital ecosystem is evolving * Good communication skills and social awareness * Enthusiasm for working in a collaborative, fast-paced, Agile environment * The ability to build from requirements in multiple formats, from a short blurb to fully fleshed out wireframes
