Senior Full Stack Ruby Developer

SYPartners is looking for a Senior Full Stack Ruby Developer to partner with our Director of Software Development. They’ll join our digital product team as we build new businesses based on two of our products.

• Collaborate with our two product owners, helping them turn their ideas into features.
• - Lead engineering through implementation and delivery, championing high quality and sustainable engineering.
• - Act as a coach and mentor to other engineers and help further engineering culture.

• 4+ years experience Full Stack Ruby development.
• Experience with a wide range of modern development tools and techniques. React to Webpack and SRP to TDD.
• Strong understanding of current technologies and standards, and how the digital ecosystem is evolving.
• Lead engineering, coaching and mentoring experiences.
• Authentic curiosity about behavioral change and leadership growth.
• Good communication skills and social awareness.
• Enthusiasm for working in a collaborative, fast-paced, Agile environment.
• The ability to build from requirements in multiple formats, from a short blurb to fully fleshed out wireframes.
• An undergraduate computer science degree.
