Employee Communications Manager

SYNNEX is looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on, results-driven individual with proven communication skills and a strong work ethic to work in a challenging, fast-paced, energetic environment with responsibilities that include building relationships with new and current customers.

* Create and disseminate all employee communications, including but not limited to, orientation/onboarding, total rewards, Service Awards, President’s Club, etc. * Crisis Messaging. * Responsible for working with executive-level management to create and develop HR-related communications programs. * Coordinate HR-related social media campaigns. * Work with multiple departments within SYNNEX (human resources, sales, marketing, etc.).

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of three years of related business communications experience and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience. * Demonstrated business communication skills to include but not limited to verbal and written communication, the ability to effectively communicate over the phone and speaking before groups of people as well as excellent interpersonal skills. * Proven ability working and thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment. * Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
