Summary
A renowned cosmetics company has a need for a Marketing Coordinator, Product Development to join their team on a three month full-time freelance basis with potential to go perm. The role will support the client’s personal care team. The successful candidate will have a background in new product development and launches.
Responsibilities
* Take initiative when appropriate

* Assist with new product development and launches
* Creative thinking and flexibility
* Help manage multiple projects with strict deadlines
Ideal Candidate
BA in Marketing or related discipline
Beauty, personal care, fragrance, or skincare industry experience desire
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Highly organized with attention to detail
Capable of managing multiple projects with strict deadlines
Working knowledge of Neilson or IRI analysis
Ability to work collaboratively and independently
