Our client, a Leading Beauty Company is seeking an innovative freelance Art Director to join their Los Angeles team!

As the Art Director, you will develop and implement projects that encompass the brand’s voice and philosophy. The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing large print campaigns and photo-shoots, possess strong communication skills, and thrive in a collaborative environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys conceptualizing creative solutions, has a sharp eye for detail, and is looking to cultivate their skills with a reputable company.

• Design and implement the brand’s packaging as well as other projects
• Oversee the day-to-day management of Designers
• Manage photo-shoot art direction alongside the Creative Director
• Problem solve issues across multiple platforms
• Evaluate and refine packaging structures and/or paper dummies with vendor until approved

• At least 2+ years’ experience managing a team
• Must possess 7+ years of design experience
• Must have previous experience in the Beauty and/or Fashion industry
• Expertise skills in packaging design and a demonstrated understanding of color theory and color relationships
