Summary
The Senior Analyst is responsible for assisting in the Global Treasury foreign exchange operations and hedging programs for the company. There is a heavy focus on international treasury with operations in most countries. The position is expected to help develop and improve the day-to day treasury foreign exchange operations of its entities through automation and process improvements, and create sufficient controls. The Senior Analyst will assist the Senior Manager, Risk Management in the development and management of the foreign exchange and interest rate hedging programs.
Responsibilities
* Help manage daily foreign exchange exposure reporting, management reporting, and interest rate exposures on financing agreements * Assist in the global implementation and ongoing maintenance of company's Treasury Workstation SunGard AvantGard (Integrity) for foreign exchange trade repository and month-end journal entries * Act as an internal business partner to identify and advise management on designing efficient inter-country movements of cash and driving Treasury operational efficiencies within the company's global footprint * Manage and support intercompany fund movements * Assists in executing and planning the global currency exposure * Oversees control documentation for compliance with SOX * Assist in managing Dodd Frank and EMIR set up and compliance globally * Assist Senior Treasury Manager with Accounting, Legal, and Audit functions to ensure accurate and timely accounting for matters related to cash, foreign exchange, realized and unrealized gains/losses and inter-company activity
Ideal Candidate
* BS in business administration, finance, accounting similar degree * Minimum 5 years of experience with at least 2 year of Treasury or equivalent work in a large multinational company * Project management skills, analytical skills and attention to detail * Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and an ability to interact with global staff * Flexibility, with a solution oriented mindset * Ability to handle multiple, diverse tasks with short deadlines * Foreign exchange and interest rate swap experience * Experience in emerging markets a plus * Proficient in use of Microsoft Office products **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with FXall, Thomson Reuters, SAP/Oracle, Bloomberg and in-house banking a plus * CTP, CPA, MBA, CFA or equivalent preferred
