Senior Marketing Specialist, Medicare

Assists with implementation of Medicare marketing and retention plans that support strategic growth of the Medicare product line.

• Coordinates implementation of Medicare Marketing and Retention plans.
• Assist with development of marketing materials including, but not limited to: Sales materials, website content, and other collateral materials.
• Coordinates production of materials with outside vendors, and ensures efficient production and delivery.
• Coordinates approval of marketing pieces through internal Compliance Department, and serves as subject matter expert on Medicare Marketing Guidelines.
• Ensures regulatory marketing and distribution guidelines are met through regular review and monitoring of activities.
• Coordinates measuring effectiveness of Medicare campaigns including production and reporting of various ROI reports.
• Assists with formatting grass roots strategies which support growth of product line, including coordination of recruitment and assembly of Senior Ambassador member group.
• Maintains competitor information via database and hard copy files.
• Performs all job functions with integrity. Provides timely internal and external customer service in professional, cooperative and respectful manner.

Educational Requirements

• Associate Degree or may substitute with 2 years of like experience.

Required Experience

• 4+ years performing same or similar responsibilities. Relevant experience includes any combination of the following: Medicare operational experience, knowledge of Medicare guidelines and marketing experience in any industry.
