Responsibilities
•Build and articulate a clear understanding of critical use cases in the patient journey, and how we can best solve those patient, provider and payer needs using Beam technology for healthcare, assisted living and other life science areas •Conduct thoughtful, continuous research with customers, both qualitative and quantitative, to inform product strategy, pricing and marketing materials •Define and articulate a clear platform road map, with priorities aligned to explicit demand from the developer community needs and a firm understanding of the revenue and cost impact of that road map •Work with engineering leaders to scope and prioritize product development work, in the spirit of lean, iterative development •Partner closely with operational teams (client implementation and ongoing support) to ensure solutions are designed and architected for supportability and scale •Develop and cultivate strategic development partners and early stage clients •Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop marketing plans, demos, collateral and training materials •Identify, build and maintain formal and informal networks and productive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, and leverage those relationships to influence positive outcomes for the business.
Ideal Candidate
* 3-5 years of health care experience in clinical, provider or payer organization involving use of clinical workflow applications and new technologies, telemedicine is a plus * 3-4 years of health care experience as a Product Manager, Product Analyst etc. * Demonstrated ability to work comfortably with engineering and bring consensus in a team environment * Very experienced in interviewing and observing physicians, nurses and other clinical users of the systems to gather their mode of work and workflow requirements, turning into technical requirements that can be used in an agile web development shop. * Charismatic and convincing presentation skills. Ability to earn the trust of leaders across the organization and effectively communicate product feature and product strategies * Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and continuous delivery models * Experience in working in high growth startup company is big a plus * Strong problem solving and analytic skills * Excellent presentation, written and verbal communications skills * Ability to work on multiple, concurrent projects of varying size and scope and core team activities in a fast paced environment * Ability to meet objectives within short timeframes and prioritize conflicting deadlines * Experience in UI design mock ups and rapid prototyping * Experience with an enterprise product roadmapping tool * Ability to work independently * Bachelors degree
