Finance Manager

Reporting into the Director of FP&A, this position will play a key role in the development, measurement, and reporting of company key performance indicators and business intelligence's while supporting other corporate FP&A activities. The successful candidate will work directly with both the executive team and key stakeholders to bring actionable insights and enable data-driven decision-making.

• Identify, scope, propose, and manage the reporting and interpretation of data to support business decision-making
• Oversee the monthly commission process by partnering with the Sales Operations team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a comprehensive understanding of the key drivers and opportunities within the business
• Present actionable analyses and recommendations to executives to drive business decisions
• Work closely with system team to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of the company-wide data warehouse and business intelligence road map
• Support monthly and quarterly financial analysis and reporting activities of the corporate FP&A team
• Support annual budgeting and long term strategic planning activities
• Partner with systems team to implement and improve financial planning and reporting system

• Deliver extraordinary customer relationships
• 5+ years work experience in a relevant field, within a fast paced, data driven environment and with minimal supervision
• Ability to fully understand business goals and metrics and translate requirements into actionable analysis and turn data into insight
• Ability to think creatively and prioritize
• Detail-oriented and results driven with a passion for producing high-quality deliverables
• Experienced with data visualization tools and business intelligence platforms. Past experience with Tableau is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Expert skills in Microsoft Excel, with experiences building complex end to end Excel models
• Advanced skills in PowerPoint and financial reporting and planning systems (NetSuite preferred)
• BA/BS required; MBA or Equivalent is preferred
