High School Math Teacher

Our High School Math Teachers are passionate about math and are results-driven educators. Your job is to facilitate high levels of learning, allowing students to hypothesize and test conjectures within real world contexts, while falling in love with mathematics. You’ll hold your scholars to sky-high standards and develop your skill as a teacher with the help of extraordinary colleagues and school leaders. * Build a classroom culture in which students love math and take pleasure in discovering diverse strategies to solve math problems * Teach students through an inquiry-based curriculum that focuses on the dual tenets of logic and reasoning * Develop strong relationships with parents and students, creating investment in school culture and academics * Skillfully orchestrate problem solving through multiple representations, meaningful mathematical discourse, and productive struggle * Collaborate to develop a model of excellence in high school math education * Train with colleagues and school leaders and receive targeted, in-the-moment feedback on instruction, as well as unparalleled support and professional development
