Responsibilities
**Clinical & Commercial Fill/Finish Operations:** * Coordination of Drug Substance and DP shipments to and from supplier to organization and third party vendors * All relevant paperwork and associated with the shipment from the supplier and organization * Work with Clinical/commercial planning and logistics to organize all material * OPM: AM generation and confirmation and closure of batches * PO and invoice tracking * DS and DP inventory management * Entry of change controls & deviations **Devices:** * Compilation & delivery of monthly forecasts to 3rd party vendor * Tracking of forecast vs. make index. * Coordination of syringe shipments for development & commercial release use. * Initiate non-conformances & collaborate cross-functionally to ensure closure in a timely manner * PO and invoice tracking * Entering of vendor change notifications into GCC system * OPM: AM generation & confirmation and closure of batches **Small Molecule DP:** * AGILE – BOM control, item specifications and GCC assistance * Deviations support * Potential assistance with SCALE implementation * EM Supply Chain Activities: * Vendor capabilities mapped (equipment, costs, timing, etc.) with supply chain process flows * Data gathering/maintenance for EMR/dashboard/performance reviews * Sharenet maintenance
Ideal Candidate
* Previous supply chain experience in directly related role, device or bio/pharma experience preferred. Bio/pharma experience in either small or large molecule production is relevant for this role. * Organization skills, written and verbal communication skills * Requires adaptability and the ability to learn quickly * MS Office proficiency is required * Experience with Trackwise is a plus * Experience with Contract Manufacturing Outsourcing (CMO) is a plus. **Educational Requirements:** * Bachelor’s Degree (Life Science, Quality, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field) * Bachelor – 1-3 years of experience * Masters – 0 – 2 years of experience
