Payroll Systems Test

Streffco Consultants, Inc., is an international technical staffing and systems integration organization. We provide technology and business operations resources on a project, contract, contract-to-hire or direct hire basis.

To support the client Functional Global Test Lead in planning and coordination of North America Payroll consolidation (implementation) testing activities. Implementation will include deployment of a new Payroll platform and service for US, Canada, Puerto Rico.

• Liaises with Functional Global Test Leads and Testing Team, Functional and Technical Project Team, and Country
• Implementation leads
• Help define the Test Strategy and Master Test Plan
• Provide testing guidance to the Functional Test Lead
• Coordinate Phase 2 activities in collaboration technical / functional project managers to ensure testing timelines are aligned
• Manage checkpoint testing calls with business and project teams during the test preparations and execution of end to end testing
• Maintain/Update Wave Test Inventory ensuring tests are completed, documented according to plan
• Provide support to create test script templates as required for respective test phase
• Own and manage the issue management tool. Ensure issues being reported are
• Maintain and manage test management tools (e.g. JIRA) Wave Defect Manage Log to support the escalation and resolution of testing defects for Wave 3
• Support the Project Test Team in developing and improving best practices and testing standards
• Prepare Phase Testing Status Reports

• Experience in delivering IS projects required
• Demonstrated experience with HR software systems and Human Resources functional requirements
• Strong functional experience in (US, Canada) Payroll , Time process , configuration on any major platform such as Workday, SAP etc.
• Proven ability to translate HR business requirements into testing specifications
• Experience in testing and delivering global IS/IT solutions
• Strong detail orientation highly developed communications, organization and interpersonal skills across multiple cultures.
