Payroll Coordinator

Our client in North Hollywood is looking for an experienced Payroll Coordinator for a direct hire placement ! This is a direct hire position that will pay $21/hr. Our client offers a great benefits package ! This position does work a minimum of 5 hours of mandatory overtime weekly and as required based on departmental needs.

**Job Responsibilities include:** * Setting up new hire records in ADP TimeSaver * Input employee data into ADP Enterprise V5 * Handle payroll questions * Assist with payroll report validation * Consolidate and scan payroll processing backup into electronic data storage * Distribute personnel action notices * Download and save pay statements and summary reports for 40 company codes * Update VAC/SICK balances in TimeSaver * Assist with distribution of payroll checks * Pull future dated items for data entry * Prepare terminated employee packets to be mailed * Assist with benefit premium posting into ADP EV5 * Perform other duties as assigned

**The ideal candidate:** * Must have at least 4 years of payroll processing experience * Must have experience processing payroll for multiple entities * Must have high knowledge of multi-state payroll processing including taxation * Must have extensive experience working of check calculation, including pre-tax and after tax deductions * Must have experience working with payroll vendors such as ADP Enterprise V5 and time keeping systems * Must have experience/knowledge of wage and hour labor laws * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel * Will have the ability to work overtime as required.
