Summary
We’re looking for an insightful (and maybe a little obsessive) Visual/UI Designer. Not for the faint of heart, this role is for those driven to continually iterate and refine on the most complicated design problems because you know the solutions will have a meaningful effect on customers’ lives. Stitch is innovating at the cusp of a seismic shift in the way that goods are sold, not just online, but everywhere. We provide small businesses with the tools to grow, tools that have historically been reserved for only the largest enterprises. In the US alone, there are 5 million small businesses that sell products. They’re running their businesses on spreadsheets, pen & paper, and creaky old ERPs. As the world becomes more interconnected, they have a sharpening need for a platform that will automate, integrate and bring insight to their operations. Stitch is filling that need, and you can help us take it to the next level. As a UI / Visual designer at Stitch, you will bring individuals at these businesses the clarity and ease of use that is essential to them in accomplishing their jobs. You’ll be prototyping and testing your designs, interacting directly with people who use them. We measure the time from a great idea to the moment it’s in a customer’s hands in days. You have an eye for pixel-perfect design and believe that everyone deserves intentional, visually appealing tools, no matter the task. Alongside a small, dedicated and compassionate group of designers, product managers and engineers, you’ll be refining and executing Stitch’s visual language and creating tools available nowhere else. If you have the passion for usable, valuable product and the dedication to work closely with our growing band of software zealots, read on.
