Human Resource Generalist

As the HR Generalist, you will work in close partnership with the Director of Human Resources as well as with a global team to drive HR initiatives, projects, and data management. The HR Generalist will be responsible for on-site HR support for the Bothell office.

* Providing assistance to management in identifying, evaluating and resolving employee relations problems to facilitate effective interpersonal communications and improve employee human relation skills and work performance. * Driving performance management including performance reviews, feedback/coaching, goal setting and progressive discipline and the termination process where necessary. * Driving career pathing and succession planning for location. * Consulting on and/or leading org structure, design and change management activities. Supporting/leading global HR initiatives including company Employee Engagement and Philanthropic programs. * Managing leave process with employees and managers.

* 1-3 years of experience in the field of HR * Effective communication and relationship management skills * Excellent time management and organization skills * Proactive approach and able to thrive in a fast-paced and ever changing environment * Must have a “can do” attitude and sees challenge as opportunity Education/ Background: * Four year degree from an accredited university preferred * PHR certification preferred * Relevant experience in lieu of education
