Acquisitions Analyst

Sterling Organization is seeking an Acquisitions Analyst for its corporate headquarters located in Palm Beach, Florida. The Acquisitions Analyst will have the opportunity to interface with several groups within the company and gain significant exposure to the investment in and operation of commercial retail real estate assets. **Investments Responsibilities:** * Financial modeling / cash flow forecasting and returns analysis * Compiling and analyzing due diligence materials * Preparation of Investment Committee memoranda and other materials * Organization and evaluation of potential acquisition targets * Assisting with asset dispositions and financings

* College graduate with knowledge of commercial retail real estate, financial transactions, and financial modeling * 1-3 years of commercial real estate or investment banking experience preferred, although recent college graduates with relevant experience will be considered * Candidate should be highly proficient in ARGUS and Excel and experienced with other standard business software * Candidate should have excellent written and oral communication skills, and should be able to take on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment
