Senior Staff Accountant

Stephen James Associates is partnering with a reputable company located in Phoenix to hire a Senior Accounting professional.

• Full cycle accounting, including the following:
• Analyze financial data
• Reconcile general ledger accounts
• Preparation of journal entries
• Preparation of multiple monthly financial statements
• Fixed assets, depreciation, amortization
• Preparation for outside audits
• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivable
• Bank Reconciliations
• Cash management

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
• At least 4 years of Accounting experience
• Proficient in Microsoft products
• Yardi or MRI is a plus
• Real Estate Experience in highly preferred
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team
