Stephen James Associates is partnering with a reputable company located in Phoenix to hire a Senior Accounting professional.
Responsibilities
* Full cycle accounting, including the following:
* Analyze financial data
* Reconcile general ledger accounts
* Preparation of journal entries
* Preparation of multiple monthly financial statements
* Fixed assets, depreciation, amortization
* Preparation for outside audits
* Accounts Payable
* Accounts Receivable
* Bank Reconciliations
* Cash management
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
* At least 4 years of Accounting experience
* Proficient in Microsoft products
* Yardi or MRI is a plus
* Real Estate Experience in highly preferred
* Ability to work independently as well as with a team
