**Your experience emphasis includes:** * Process Manufacturing * Process Improvement in Production * Packaging Operations * Discrete Event Manufacturing * Projects you have worked on would include: * Manufacturing Plant Layout, Design and Implementation. * Experience and knowledge of manufacturing execution systems like {MES} and ERP systems like {SAP}.

**You must have:** * Excellent communication skills. * Outstanding analytical experience - using Access, MS Office, MS Project and other database tools. * Strong problem solving skills related to complex supply chains and plant operations. * Travel average app 30% plus {project based} throughout the U.S. as well as international travel when needed. * Full Time position. * You have a minimum 4 year Degree and it must be in either INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING or Manufacturing Engineering. * Six Sigma Certification a plus. * Minimum 5 plus years' experience as an Engineer at a Manufacturing Plant Operation or supporting multiple manufacturing plant operations. * Consulting experience a plus {working for an engineering consulting firm}.
