* Permanent Full Time position. You have a minimum 4 year Degree and it must be in INDUSTRIAL or MECHANICAL ENGINEERING * Industry experience must be in a Healthcare Environment and must include Healthcare facility design experience. * Travel average app 25%. * Your 5 years minimum experience should include PROJECT BASED WORK ON PROCESS IMPROVEMENTS OR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS - experience must be IN HOSPITAL design.

**Must have very strong data analysis "hands on" skills that include:** * Proficiency in MS ACCESS, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Microsoft Project. * Excellent Communication Skills. * Strong Analytic and Problem Solving Skills. **Projects that you may be involved in:** * Design or redesign of medical facilities. * Materials Management - hospital optimization, design, programming. * Automation and Mechanization of Hospital Delivery streams. * Analysis and design of materials handling systems. * Physical Inventory replenishment systems - optimization and design. * You must have strong mentoring skills overseeing junior engineers.
