- Understand the business process and business requirements. - Create technical designs for complex business problems. - Build working software as part of an Agile team, this includes analysis, development, testing, and interacting with other teams. - Change control and deployment of software in production and to business units. - Support the functionality delivered in production. Proactively discover issues and resolve them before business impact.

- Bachelor’s Degree in CS / Engineering with 3+ years of experience in Java development or Master’s Degree in CS / Engineering with 1+ year of experience in Java development - Excellent communication and analytic skills - Experience in Oracle and PL/SQL, from an application development perspective - Familiarity with application build scripts like Ant and Apache Maven - Familiarity with UNIX shell scripting - Some experience in building Web Services - Familiarity with Agile development methodology
