Responsibilities
* Works in conjunction with individuals on the team as well as other internal, external departments to ensure timely and comprehensive completion of assigned projects of varying degrees of complexity * Creates and manages necessary documentation for assigned initiatives and action items. Documentation may include test/project plans, change management requests, business requirements support * Collects, reviews, and categorizes data to support trending, research, and planning * Communicates with stakeholders across multiple business units, shared services, offshore partners where required * Acts as escalation point for complex issues to proactively identify, research, manage and resolve issues * Coordinates with internal shared service teams, IT, business and vendor staff in issue research, resolution, and action item completion * Tracks and reports issues, resolutions, and areas of risk * Attends meetings, takes notes, and distributes meeting minutes * Compiles reporting for management, and internal discussions between shared services, other business units, COEs and offshore partners * Participates in on-going training and development * During the course of normal day to day operation, be responsible for identifying any unusual or potentially suspicious transaction activity and must report and/or escalate in accordance with corporate policy and guidelines detailed in relevant operating procedures * Performs other duties as assigned
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor’s Degree and 2 – 4 years of work experience or equivalent * Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills * Strong Analytical, Communication and Time Management skills * Experience with project management methodology * Ability to work independently
