* Seeking a person to organize, plan, lead and direct the department in accordance with hospital policies and procedures * Accountable for daily operations and oversight of department * Budget planning * Responsible for performance and quality improvement * Participate in short and long term planning

* Must be a RN * 3 years dialysis experience * 2 years in a charge nurse/leadership position * Current Washington RN License * CNN preferred
