Assistant Director Of Nursing

Assists in development of Nursing Service policies and procedures and job descriptions for Nursing Service personnel, while developing and maintaining the objectives and standards of nursing practice.

Organize, develop, and direct nursing administration and resident care. Orients, instructs and assists in the supervision of personnel.

Responsible in the absence of the Director of Nursing and physician.

RN with current NY State license

2 years’ progressive management experience

BSN desired, MSN encouraged
