Sales Development Representative

Staffmark has partnered with a fast-growing company to recruit motivated Sales Development Reps! This is a DIRECT-HIRE opportunity located in Cincinnati, OH. We are looking for a go-getter attitude with unlimited amounts of motivation.

• We cater to commercial businesses where you will meet with prospects and sell our product
• Contact new and existing customers to discuss how their needs could be met with our products and services.
• Emphasize product features based on analyses of customers needs, and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations.
• Answer customer questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms.
• Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information such as selling strategies and marketing information.
• Initiate sales campaigns and follow marketing plan guidelines in order to meet sales and production expectations.
• Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients, participating in organizations and clubs, cold calling, and attending trade shows and conferences.
• Complete expense reports, sales reports, and other paperwork.
• Complete product and development training as required.

Ideal candidates will have 1-2 years of experience.
