Staffmark is currently looking for a customer Service/Project Manager to provide assistance to clients and Sales Reps. by communicating and coordinating job instructions for all assigned projects to the appropriate departments. This position will provide customer satisfaction, in a timely manner, utilizing professionalism to produce a quality product. This position requires internal collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify ways to increase efficiency and service to external and internal customers.
- Enter Print orders into database
- Support Sales team
- Must be able to work with production team
- The ability to communicate comfortably with people at all levels of the orga
- Detail oriented
- Task driven
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well with others
- Commercial print experience a PLUS
- Excellent Customer service
- Able to work well as part of a team and be held accountable for quality of work produced
- Previous direct mail and/or printing experience preferred
- Highly professional and dependable

Pay Rate/Salary: Up to $39000 / Year
