Responsibilities
* Lead the fabrication operation to produce building products.
* Partner with the Sales team to ensure outstanding customer service. The goal is to fabricate products correctly and install 95% of orders on-time without rework.
* Drive the safe operation of employees and equipment.
Ideal Candidate
* 3 years leadership experience, including the management of people, preferably in a small manufacturing setting where a hands-on management style is preferred.
* Experience in fabrication or manufacturing
