* Responsible for the daily operation of production and production personnel * Requires scheduling and implementing daily machine schedules and priorities and assuring proper labels are placed on finished goods * Interact with employees, assuring procedures are being performed correctly, accurately and timely * Must be able to communicate with employees on issues related to attendance, safety, quality, production and when necessary, must be able to discipline
