Staffing By Choice, a fast growing Executive Search and Staffing firm, is looking for Accounting and Finance Recruiters to join their team. Our Accounting Division hires controllers, tax professionals, finance directors and audit professionals. We are seeking motivated, career driven individuals with strong communications skills and an entrepreneurial spirit who will thrive in our competitive environment.

* Full life-cycle of recruiting including: cold calling, prescreening candidates, preparing candidates for interviews, reviewing resumes and assessing candidates' applications. * Utilizing both standard and creative sourcing strategies to identify top talent and find qualified candidates in your market * Network, build and maintain relationships with HR, Hiring Managers * Maintain network of candidates using company's applicant tracking system
