Project Manager for Web Design

Squarespace is seeking a motivated, technically inclined and exceptionally organized Project Manager to shepherd the consistent development of Squarespace’s main site, and template creation. Collaborating across the Design and Development teams, you will oversee ongoing updates to Squarespace’s front site and template variants, from product hierarchy to user experience. We expect you to be a creative problem-solver who can parlay strong interpersonal relationships into smooth workflows, and ultimately beautiful results.

• Develop detailed project plans for the continued development and restructuring of Squarespace.com, including timelines, resource allocation and expectations
• Demonstrate an understanding of UX and its role in customer acquisition
• Maintain a consistent understanding of team member strengths and bandwidth, and delegate project work accordingly
• Manage workflow, ensuring delivery of the highest quality work on schedule
• Secure creative approvals and communicate needs across teams
• Proactively identify potential issues, develop solutions and prioritize action

• 3+ years as a Project Manager at a leading digital agency or tech product company
• Impressive organizational skills and a reverence for details
• High standards for yourself and others
• Understanding of UX, web and mobile development
• Ability to earn the trust and respect of stakeholders in a complex environment
• Adaptability, combined with a steady focus on the core objective
• High level of technological literacy
