The Front End team at Squarespace is responsible for building one the most advanced interfaces on the web. With it, our customers are able to easily create beautiful interactive websites and stores. Front End engineers at Squarespace strive to push the envelope with what is possible in a web browser. We seek talented JavaScript engineers with strong design sensibilities and a desire to create interfaces that are a pleasure to use.

* 4+ years of professional software development required * Highly proficient in JavaScript * Have full knowledge of the DOM, HTML5 and CSS3 * Have experience with Single Page Application development * Keep up to date with the newest technologies * Have an interest in the entire stack * Develop features and create fulfilling user experiences * Have an appreciation for simplifying complex problems with beautiful design * Sense of product ownership * Comfortable collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
