Location Facilities Strategy Manager

* Allocate Area construction budget * Coordinate & advise on distribution footprint, partnerships & expansions * Evaluates, executes and manages area/region facility and maintenance contracts and serves as an escalation point to ensure SLAs are met. * Provides support for site acquisition, leasing space and other functions relating to land acquisition, negotiation, and sale at the regional level. * Manage COR lease renewal process including financial analysis, decision support and site evaluations. Resolves tenant operating and lease issues. * Provides guidelines and manages on-boarding and off-boarding (including decommissioning activities) and field coordination to support new store openings and closings * Work with DMs and Store Managers to confirm understanding of daily cleaning and maintenance expectations and ensure standards are being met. * Serve as escalation point for open Retail Operations Command Center (ROC) tickets and manage SLAs. * Establish tactical partnerships with key HQ, Area, and Region leadership and personnel. * Work with cross-functional teams to represent the needs of the Region channels while aligning with the company’s goals.

* Bachelor's degree and four years related work experience or eight years related work experience post high school * Five years experience in commercial real estate administration and/or property management
