Location Facilities Strategy Manager

• Allocate Area construction budget
• Coordinate & advise on distribution footprint, partnerships & expansions
• Evaluates, executes and manages area/region facility and maintenance contracts and serves as an escalation point to ensure SLAs are met.
• Provides support for site acquisition, leasing space and other functions relating to land acquisition, negotiation, and sale at the regional level.
• Manage COR lease renewal process including financial analysis, decision support and site evaluations. Resolves tenant operating and lease issues.
• Provides guidelines and manages on-boarding and off-boarding (including decommissioning activities) and field coordination to support new store openings and closings
• Work with DMs and Store Managers to confirm understanding of daily cleaning and maintenance expectations and ensure standards are being met.
• Serve as escalation point for open Retail Operations Command Center (ROC) tickets and manage SLAs.
• Establish tactical partnerships with key HQ, Area, and Region leadership and personnel.
• Work with cross-functional teams to represent the needs of the Region channels while aligning with the company’s goals.

• Bachelor's degree and four years related work experience or eight years related work experience post high school
• Five years experience in commercial real estate administration and/or property management
