Summary
Coordinates and manages the creation of content for digital formats for distribution via the Internet and across all digital outlets. Produce written content and scheduling systems. Coordinates web development and digital creative projects. Ensures accuracy of program schedule information online. Offers a proven blend of editorial skills (copy writing, social media best practices) and technical know-how.
Responsibilities
Sprint's digital creative team is responsible for helping more than a million people a day understand Sprint's products, self-service tools, and promotions. We design all customer-facing, digital communications with a focus on mobile-first optimization.We’re looking for a digital producer to manage the workflow, client engagement, technical analysis and documentation with a focus on email, SMS and mobile-optimized landing pages.As the project lead of a new email marketing and design team, you will be responsible for soup-to-nuts digital production, from deriving internal stakeholder’s creative and sales/self-service objectives to ensuring creative is delivered on time, on brand and within the toolset (templated and un-templated) required by our email vendor. You must have a passion for creative and a love of digital tech. Part artist, part problem-solver, you love a puzzle. Top-notch client management experience, particularly for email marketing projects, is a must. Juggling priorities, delving into the technical and providing easy-to-consume documentation from top to bottom should be second nature to you. A major focus of the role is interpreting stakeholder requirements and agreeing to objectives, creating documentation, maintaining schedules of multiple creative executions, and overseeing outputs through the design stages to final production. You will also work with digital analysts to provide post-launch traffic analysis and insights back to the stakeholders. Experience in and knowledge of ecommerce and online and app self-service is also essential.
Ideal Candidate
**Basic Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as arts management or business * Experience producing for a website or digital property * Experience with Content Management Systems and web publishing **Preferred Qualifications** * Excellent written and verbalE communication skills * Three years of experience in web creative, web production, app and self-service online user experiences * Three years of experience with digital marketing, preferably email * Meticulous attention to details; strong organizational skills * Proven track record of success producing digital content * Familiarity with a variety of online marketing concepts, best practices and procedures * Ability to get things done through formal channels and an informal network * Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels * Strong analytical, prioritization, problem-solving and negotiating skills * Familiarity with HTML, CSS, Adobe Analytics, Creative Suite, CMS
