Area Store Experience Lead

Manages the development and implementation process of a company's services involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing projects. Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Monitors the project from initiation through delivery. Responsible for assembling project team, assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resources needed, and developing schedules to ensure timely completion of project. Communicates with lead Project Manager and/or functional area manager regarding status of specific projects.

* Coordinate with HQ Merchandising team to ensure Regional needs are met * Assess Regional feedback and grassroots requests for customer experience opportunities and provide solutions * Tactical partnership building with HQ, Area, and Region leadership and personnel * Work with cross-functional teams to represent the needs of the Region channels while aligning with the company’s goals. * Responsible for working with Finance to provide input on Area and Regional budgets and priorities for spending allocation based on strategic, financial and distribution priorities * Provide field sales feedback on proposed process, tool, performance metric and incentive changes

* Bachelor's degree and two years related work experience or six years related work experience post high school * Two years project management or related process management experience
