Global Revenue Director

We are looking for an extraordinarily talented individual to work alongside the Senior Finance team and help lead our revenue team from the Director – Global Revenue position. In addition to being responsible for the global revenue accounting of the company, this role will be a valued partner to our business teams.

* Be the technical expert for revenue recognition policies and procedures * Prepare and review revenue accounting memos and/or checklists to document accounting positions for unusual and/or significant deals * Perform reviews of revenue transactions for accounting compliance with current US GAAP * Prepare and maintain the monthly close revenue reconciliation files * Analyze and report key revenue metrics and results * Work with Sales to proactively manage revenue recognition issues * Use analytical skills and findings to make recommendations on process improvements * Responsible for revenue related financial statements and disclosures

* Must be, or recently have been, the revenue manager or the assistant revenue manager for a company in the software space * Must have a Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, CPA a distinct advantage * Proven ability to work in a hyper growth environment * Minimum of 6-8 years of relevant experience in a corporate finance environment including 3-5 years of experience in revenue including multiple element arrangements and SaaS accounting * Familiarity with NetSuite accounting system and SalesForce a plus * Must be a great communicator across functional teams * Above all else, a willingness to undertake any and all projects in order to support your teammates and improve the overall quality of the function **You know You're Successful if….** You are an ambitious individual who’s not afraid to constructively challenge the status-quo and has an unparalleled desire to improve the quality and velocity of information produced by our function. You will have the overarching goal of helping Sprinklr’s CFO build the world’s best finance team and accelerating business information velocity to match our business decision making velocity.
