Summary
Spredfast is seeking a Financial Analyst focused on financial reporting and business intelligence. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, detail-oriented team player with a passion for process, procedure and execution. As a member of Spredfast, the analyst will work seamlessly with other members of the finance and operations team to pull together key metrics and prepare and present financial reports. This role will be integral within finance and will be responsible for delivering weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting and analysis utilizing data from multiple financial systems. This role will report to the Director of FP&A.
Responsibilities
* Prepare various financial schedules and related reports for financial reporting, the budget, trend and three-year plan. Assist with preparation of associated presentations including BOD reporting, Investor reporting and potential investor presentations * Analyze results compared to budget/trend forecast and provide explanation of significant variances. * Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly visibility into metrics and trend performance to plan over time to Finance leadership * Prepare weekly cash flow analysis and forecasts * Assist operating departments in developing and tracking key performance indicators. * Provide financial support to operating departments. * Special projects as assigned.
Ideal Candidate
* 2+ years of experience in finance or accounting required. * Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent experience required. * MBA/CPA a plus * Strong computer skills required (Excel a must). * SaaS Software experience required * Com experience a plus * Analytics Software experience a plus (Domo, GoodData) * Must possess strong analytical and problem solving skills; business acumen; oral and written communication skills; and excellent interpersonal skills. * Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
