Premier metal stamping company in Bluffton, IN is now hiring experienced tool & die maker for 2nd shift.

• Must be able to repair any die, fixture or gage.
• Run all toolroom equipment including mill, lathe, grinder, surface grinder, saw and drill press as needed.
• Trouble shoot sheet metal dies in the presses as well as in tool room.
• Complete all documents such as job cards, pm log book, etc.
• Operate cranes for trucks and lift trucks to move dies.

• 3 to 5+ years experience in the tool & die trade or has proof of Journeyman Tool & Die card.

• Candidates with less experience, solid work history, machinist experience willing to be trained will be considered.

• HS diploma or GED required

• Strong math skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 90lbs
• Must possess excellent trouble shooting abilities
• Able to run all toolroom equipment
• Experience with micrometers, calipers, profilometers, height gages, dial indicators, gage blocks and other equipment
