As an HR Assistant, you will be helping to coordinate a large staffing initiative, moving candidates through the full cycle recruitment process. You will be the first point of contact, representing a company whose name is synonymous with quality and excellence. • Develop and coordinate timely interview schedules for candidates utilizing the clients’ internal email calendar technology (Lotus Notes).

• Manage any schedule changes and modify the schedule accordingly.

• Email candidate resume (and any other required documents) and interview schedule to the interview team and candidate.
• Communicate directly with candidates and coordinate all related travel arrangements following the client’s corporate travel guidelines.
• Escort the candidate to interviews on the day of on-site meetings and manage the “candidate care" aspect of the candidate’s interview day.
• Assist Coordinator, HR Shared Services for other ad-hoc projects related to HR Shared Services

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required; Associate or Bachelor Degree is desirable
• A minimum of 1 year of previous customer service/administrative experience is required
• Prior HR admin experience or scheduling experience is a PLUS

• Strong skills with Microsoft Office applications - emphasis on Excel

• Ability to work with all levels of internal and external customers

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to provide the highest level of customer service
• Solid project management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
• High level of maturity to manage confidential information
• Proficiency with computer database management
• Goal orientated and self-directed
