Summary

Spherical is seeking personable and highly organized administrative support for our Chief Executive Officer. Your mission is to simplify the daily complexities that complicate the CEO role. You will handle professional correspondence, coordinate travel, manage calendars, conduct research and execute a broad range of ad hoc projects. You must have strong written and verbal communication. You must exercise good judgment in diverse situations and maintain a good balance among different priorities. You also possess a passion for travel and culture.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain the CEO's calendar and give overall administrative support
  • Schedule meetings and answer emails in a timely fashion
  • Coordinate and manage business travel, conferences, and accommodations while the CEO is traveling
  • Research and complete special projects as assigned by the CEO
Ideal Candidate
  • 1-3 years experience as Executive Assistant or office administration
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proactive thinker who takes the initiative
  • Ability to handle sensitive information and write on behalf of the CEO
  • Positive attitude and willingness to take on any necessary task
