Responsibilities
* Work with Product, Engineering, & Data Scientists to create efficient Sql Queries to build/QA needed Data Sets, and validate/verify/troubleshoot data set integrity & validity * Build reusable models and queries that assist in building data set driven projects that provide insights to customers, in form of reports and data visualization * Ramp up into Geo-Spatial querying techniques * Ability to handle multiple requests project related queries, and help identify common patterns and modularize those into common data queries.
Ideal Candidate
* Strong communication & Collaboration Skills * Experience in Fast Paced Startup environments * Positive Attitude with proven delivery experience * BS computer science/related subject matter or equivalent experience * 2+ years experience with RDBMS systems such-as Sql Server, Oracle, Mysql, Postgres * 2+ Years experience with SQL development experiences with solid T-SQL/SQL skills and proven SQL optimization skills. * Experience with both OLAP & OLTP workloads a strong plus * Experience with NoSql Technologies and Querying methods a Plus * Knowledge in One or More languages such-as Java, C#, Scala, GO, Python, Javascript a plus * Data Modeling experience a Plus * Experience in Financial, Retail, Spatial Analytics, Mapping, Location Based Services & GIS and like data and/or industries a Strong Plus
