Inventory Analyst

Spanx founder Sara Blakely was getting ready for a party when she realized she didn’t have the right undergarment to provide a smooth look under white pants. Armed with scissors and sheer genius, she cut the feet off her control top pantyhose and the Spanx revolution began! With a focus on solving wardrobe woes, the Spanx brand has grown to offer bras, underwear, jeans, pants, active and more.

To maximize sales of Spanx products by having the right goods at the right time in the right amount.

* Manage daily inventory balances and maintain accuracy across a network of 3PL distribution and fulfillment centers * Analyze warehouse reporting to determine and resolve inventory variances * Partner with IT to implement and enhance EDI feeds from 3PL locations to Spanx ERP * Manage the supply chain of materials and ensure successful execution at the warehouse level for all rework and rebranding projects * Ensure appropriate approvals are signed off for and maintain tracker of all rework and rebranding projects * Initiate and track transfers between warehouse locations and ensure a full and on time ship * Review and approve gratis orders * Collaborate with cross functional supply chain teams to drive improvements and enhance current supply chain business practices * Develop tools and implement process improvements within the supply chain to support new strategic initiatives at Spanx **Other duties as assigned** * Own month end inventory reconciliation process * Identify and implement process improvements

* 3+ years’ experience in inventory management, production planning, merchandise planning or procurement * Intermediate knowledge of Inventory Management * Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel * Database management experience * Bachelor’s Degree **Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:** * Analytical and critical thinker * Project management * Self-starter * Results focused * Collaborative * Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
