Workplace Specialist

As the West Coast Workplace Specialist you will be responsible for general office and clerical duties for both San Francisco and LA. In this role customer service is a priority, and this position typically is the first point of contact for visitors at SoundCloud. Greeting visitors, both internal and external, and assisting them with directions and guidance within the office is a main duty.

* Some of your responsibilities include mail management, general office organization, light housekeeping, ordering office supplies and utilising google apps for communication. * You will act as the lead person for daily office activities including facilitating the food program, ensuring the public space is maintained to standards, housekeeping staff are properly directed, and directing the handy person to complete necessary projects. * You also creates newsletters, and other office documents and oversee their distribution. * You are the main point of contact for setting up team events in the offices such as team lunches and field trips. * You will also maintain the corporate apartment schedules, visitors calendar and assists with any travel arrangements or local resource information visitors should need.

* The ability to keep confidentiality and a helpful attitude * Advanced office equipment skills, such as scanning, MAC, and Google Apps * Experience working in a professional office environment with exposure to customer service is ideal.
