Workplace Specialist

Based in New York, you'll be supporting the day-to-day office management of a 20,000+ square ft space with 80+ employees in a high growth environment. In this role you are executing on employee programs with the guidance of the Workplace Lead, whilst partnering with the rest of the Global Workplace team to ensure overall office functionality and global consistency.

* Assist in supervising contracted support staff, including external office support, handy person and housekeeping staff, and ensuring the space is maintained to standards. * Facilitate the office food program and oversee all office supply inventory and purchasing. * Assist with travel schedules for the corporate apartments and provide quality control for the cleanliness and maintenance of the apartments. Assist with travel arrangements and local resources for visitors. * Coordinate employee events and office field trips. * Create newsletters and workplace announcements, oversee their distribution. * Additional ad hoc projects as necessary.

* The ability to keep confidentiality and a helpful attitude -- you will work with a variety of people from music artists to executives * A can-do attitude and quick thinking skills * Experience working in a professional office environment with exposure to customer service is ideal
