As a Softheon Service Agent you will have the opportunity to support Product and Project Managers with gathering data and analyzing needs of our clients. Additionally, this position will have the opportunity to resolve member issues and provide customer support. This position is perfect for students or recent graduates who are looking to be exposed to Product Management with an interest in understanding and being part of solving healthcare's biggest IT challenges.

* Provide support to Product & Project Managers with analysis, reporting and creation of documents * Collaborate with Product Managers to define business problems and outline possible solutions * Answer and make phone calls for the purpose of resolving member issues * Take payment information and other pertinent information as needed * Record all calls and prepare daily reports to send to management

* Bilingual Spanish, a plus * Excellent verbal communication * Excellent listening and data entry skills * Ability to work independently and in a team * Comfortable being on the phone most of the day * Ability to work under pressure and maintain professionalism at all times * Ability to navigate through payment portal; basic computer skills necessary * Be comfortable using a headset/microphone * Experience with Avaya phone system, a plus * Bachelor’s Degree or enrolled in four year program in Business Administration, Economics, mathematics or related area with a 3.5 GPA or higher; related internship or work experience a plus
