Marketing Associate

Softheon is looking for a Marketing Associate to support the Marketing team with day-to-day, hands-on execution of marketing campaigns designed to promote Welltheos. This role requires a strong understanding of email marketing best practices, and is perfect for candidates who are looking to be exposed to the Marketing Industry.

• Coordinate closely with the content marketing team to develop effective content for outbound marketing email programs.
• Gather information about the industry and Softheon’s competitors; monitor news sources for relevant information to create briefings and presentations on researched subject matter
• Build, modify, schedule: client e-newsletters, automated and scheduled single-send email campaigns without sacrificing quality, brand integrity or results within established Service Level Agreement.
• Coordinate client email send schedules, target lists and suppression files.
• Push the envelope with new and emerging email marketing tactics.
• Gather analytics to understand and optimize the performance of all marketing efforts

• Prior working experience with: Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel & Access
• Ability to think critically, innovatively, and proactively
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Marketing, Graphic design, or related area with a 3. 5 GPA or higher
• Ability to manage time while focusing on projects simultaneously
• Ability to work in a fast paced, team oriented, agile environment
