Summary
Softheon is looking for Corporate Compliance Auditor who will be responsible for all internal and external corporate audits. This includes SOC1, SOC2, PCI, Nacha, HITRUST, and Carrier audits. Internal audits are in preparation for external audits and to make sure all processes are working as expected. This role reports directly to the Managing Director, Governance, Risk & Compliance, and is perfect for anyone who is process oriented and can thrive in a challenging work environment
Responsibilities
* Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures * Facilitate external audits to ensure compliance SOC1, SOC2, PCI, Nacha, HITRUST, and Carrier policies * Organize Corrective Action Plans (CAP) for gaps identified in internal and external audits * Develop and document audit concerns and make recommendations as necessary * Ad-hoc projects
Ideal Candidate
* Ability to quickly get up to speed on different processes throughout the company * High attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to effectively communicate in written and verbal communication while managing simultaneous projects * Must have a strong work ethic and commitment to constantly improving capacity to work effectively while having a willingness to learn new things * Ability to work in a fast paced, team oriented, agile environment * Ideal candidate will have strong organizational, time management skills and is self-motivated * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related area with GPA of 3.5 or higher; related internship experience is suitable
