Marketing Project Manager

Social Finance (SoFi) is a finance company that offers a range of lending and wealth management services. The company primarily caters to early-stage professionals and offers variable and fixed rate parent, personal, and MBA loans, mortgage refinancing, and more. Based in San Francisco, California, the company was founded in April 2011.

SoFi is seeking a talented, driven and creative professional with a passion for organization. The ideal candidate is a multi-tasking machine and able to independently problem solve. They will support the head of direct marketing and media buying and collaborate with agencies, networks and partners in an effort to keep all projects on time and within budget.

* Project manage a multi-million-dollar budget and develop campaign tracking tools. * Lead the day-to-day management of deliverables ranging from direct mail, alt media, broadcast, radio and events. * Collaborate actively with product marketing managers, designers, copywriters, and engineers to drive the product delivery and optimization process and to resolve daily issues. * Anticipate problems and offer potential solutions. * Guide continual optimization through attribution analysis to achieve spend and CPA goals. * Develop and optimize campaigns against organizational KPIs and partner with our internal and external analytics team to develop reports showing ROI.

* 4+ years of Hands On experience in Advertising/Marketing Project Management * Proficiency managing multiple campaigns across print, broadcast and radio * Experience optimizing a digital funnel and comfortable using tools like Google Analytics and Tableau * Analytical and data-driven to keep finding ways to get better and better * Ability to effectively negotiate and manage agency relationships
